Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Rankira Solutions (“Rankira,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Rankira application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By installing the app, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

Rankira is a Shopify application that automates SEO content for your store: it researches keywords, generates articles and images using artificial intelligence, schedules and publishes content to your Shopify blog, adds internal links, provides search-performance reporting, and operates a backlink exchange network. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

You need an active Shopify store to use the Service. You are responsible for your store, your Shopify account credentials, and all activity that occurs through your installation of the app. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription, Trial, and Billing

• The Service is offered on a single subscription plan billed through Shopify’s billing system and shown on your Shopify invoice.
• New installations include a free trial. When the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically unless you cancel or uninstall the app first. Reinstalling the app does not re-grant a trial.
• You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or by Shopify’s policies.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice, effective on your next billing cycle.

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text and images. AI output can contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content published on your store and for its compliance with laws and platform policies that apply to you.
• As between you and Rankira, you own the articles and images the Service generates for your store, once delivered to you.
• We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other specific outcome. Search engine results depend on factors outside our control.

6. Backlink Exchange

• The backlink exchange is optional. By enabling it, you agree that relevant links and mentions of other participating stores may be placed in content on your blog, and that your store may be mentioned on other participating stores.
• Credits earned in the exchange have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted or expired to protect the integrity of the network.
• Stores with content we deem inappropriate for the network (for example adult content, weapons, gambling, or illegal products) may be excluded from the exchange.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing on the rights of others;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as part of operating your own store, unless we agree otherwise in writing;
• manipulate the backlink exchange or use the Service to generate spam or content designed to deceive search engines or consumers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Rankira Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service other than the right to use it while your subscription is active. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service, including processing your store data and content as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Shopify, Google Search Console, and data providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If you connect an integration, you authorize us to access and process the connected data to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankira Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 10, 11, and 13) survive.

13. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rankira Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
